Mr. Khan, from BHUTAN has been our main supplier of this Herbal product for the past two years, but from my recent research I have just discovered a private dealer of this much needed Herbal product in India and He sells at cheaper rates than what we have been buying from our supplier Mr. Ahmad Khan.

Actually I don't want to disclose this to the Board of directors of {LE WEST PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY LTD } because of the profit I will make if I have a reliable and trustworthy partner who can assist tremendously in this transaction hence this has lead to my contacting you. Owing to the fact that our company needs this product and we are prepared to even pay higher rate for this product I decided to make some profits out of it by using you as the New supplier who will get the Herbal product from the new dealer that I have just discovered in India and then you will supply the products to our company based on the former price of out present supplier.

You may wonder why I don't want to deal direct with the new dealer, the reason is this, people can be greedy. If I tell this dealer to supply direct to our company at the former rate and tell him to pay me the different He might be greedy to push me off this deal and put my job at risk, that's why I decided to use someone to act as the middle man who will get the product from him and supply to our company while we both agree on the ratio to share the profit.

Based on my explanation, I believe you can agree with me that this is Genuine and lucrative deal which will yield something good consistently if you can be honest, also note that Iam the marketing and purchasing manager who is an insider in this company so I can assure of playing my role very well.
